Shipping And Returns

We deliver your orders to you via Australia Post, or Star Track for larger Items. We ship within 24-48 hours, but aim to have your order to you asap. This can be quicker if you live in VIC or longer if you live in a remote area.  

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for lost items in Australia. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the time frames given by Australia Post.

If you are a customer not living in Australia, You will pay the flat overseas freight charge. But it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. Once Parcels Leave  the care of Australia Post and are past on to another overseas carrier or postal service we are unable to take responsibility for your orders.  We can track and see where your order is from the Australia Post app but we are not able to take responsibility or contact overseas postal services on your behalf. This will be the customers responsibly. We can not take any financial responsibility for any orders lost or damaged items once they leave the care of  Australia Post. 

We update our sites product availability on a daily basis however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within two days that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

If you purchase an item and it qualifies for free shipping, the item will be delivered via the least expensive shipping option.
