30 Day Refund 

We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on any item you've purchased from us.

Simply contact us within 30 days of your order date

Change of Mind

If you've had a change of heart about a gift you have ordered, no problem, but we'll need to receive it  back to us undamaged. Return postage is customers responsibility. 

Damaged  Item / Incorrect

If the gift you have received, is damaged or incorrect please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, or which gift is not correct and take a photo if possible within 7 days and we will get straight back to you!

We will pay for return postage of damaged or incorrect item.
